New Freshman & Transfer Students – Get Prepared Now
Follow our checklist below to login, complete, upload and/or submit all the required forms.

• Pay your Enrollment & Housing Deposit online today via St. John’s UIS
• Submit Housing Application and Freshman Roommate Questionnaire Online
• Upload your Final High School Transcripts, including final grades and date of graduation with your online application. If you need to upload documents after submission, please email them to admhelp@stjohns.edu (along with contact information and XID#) or mail them to our Processing Center below.
• Submit Final College Transcripts and final grades to admhelp@stjohns.edu (along with contact information and XID#) or mail them to our Processing Center below. (for transfer only)
• Complete and mail the Academic Honor Pledge
• Complete and mail the Medical, Immunization, Physical  Exam/Records and Meningitis Awareness Forms
• Register Online for the mandatory Orientation or complete the Orientation Response Sheet
• Select your St. John’s Laptop online here.  For information regarding your laptop choices, please visit our laptop site.

Go Online for Quick and Easy Registration
Login to St. John’s UIS to complete many of your online Admission registrations including Deposit Payments, Housing Application, and Roommate Questionnaire.

• Go to St. John’s UIS here with your USER ID and PIN
• The USER ID is your St. Johns X Number and if you are logging in for the first time your PIN is your birthday (ex. 020386 for February 3, 1986)
• Select “STUDENT” then “ADMISSIONS” and then click on the options available

To prepare you for your first exciting semester, St. John’s University holds a special — and mandatory — Orientation Program. The spirit of our Orientation Programs reflects St. John’s concern for the holistic development of every student.

NEW UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

• FIRST - complete, sign and return Undergraduate Enrollment Confirmation Form* to:

• NEXT - submit your online deposit by logging into St. John’s University Information System (UIS).
  • Enter your User ID (XNumber on your admit letter) and PIN (your birthday in six digits: February 3, 1992 is 020392). 
  • Login and select Student then Admissions, then Admission Deposits to submit your enrollment and housing deposit.
    
  • Once you log in, you will be asked to change your password.  Be sure to remember your password so you can access UIS regularly. 
• You can also submit your deposit over the phone by calling our Customer Service Center at (888) 9STJOHNS or send a check payable to St. John’s University mailed to the address above.

NEW GRADUATE STUDENTS

• FIRST- complete, sign and return your Graduate Enrollment Confirmation Form* to:

• NEXT - submit your online deposit by logging into St. John’s University Information System (UIS) with your User ID or X Number from your admit letter. 
  
  • Please follow the same UIS login instructions as above for undergraduate students.
    
• You can also submit your deposit over the phone via our Customer Service Center at (888) 9STJOHNS or send a check payable to St. John’s University mailed to the Graduate Admission Office address above.

*Please note that your $300 enrollment deposit and $400 housing deposit must be paid as soon as possible for the fall semester.  Housing is available on a first come, first served basis until housing capacity is reached.  If you submit your enrollment and housing deposit over the phone or via UIS, you must still complete, sign and return your Enrollment Confirmation Form to the Office of Admission. Enrollment and Housing Deposits are non-refundable.
